02Situation

Where it started.

The company looked like every other MSP: we care about security, set on a blue website. Nothing on the site told a buyer which problem to bring.

What we made

  • Three offer pages, one each for backup, identity and after-hours coverage.
  • A monthly note on what broke this month, written for people who own the risk.
  • A rewritten QBR one-pager that a client will read in the meeting.

How AI was used

AI drafted the offer pages and the monthly note from ticket data. An engineer reviews the incident write-ups, because a wrong technical detail in that note would cost trust immediately.

“People write in with the incident now. We used to get “saw your ad.””
