The form

When you send the project form, we receive the fields you filled in: name, company, work email, what you sell, who you sell to, and what is not working. It goes to Joyce Cole and is used to reply to you. It is handled by Netlify Forms as part of hosting this site.

The brief console

The console is a chat that helps you describe what you want. What you type is sent to an AI model to produce the reply and, when you ask for it, the summary. The conversation and the summary are stored in a database so we can read the request you sent. If you then send the brief on, the name, company and email you enter are attached to that stored conversation.

Do not put confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything under NDA into the console. It is an intake tool, not a secure channel.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. This site sets no cookies.
• No third-party scripts. The fonts are served from this domain.
• We do not sell or share what you send with anyone outside the work of replying to you.

Removal

Email joyce@getcorvanta.com and ask us to delete what you sent, including a console conversation. We will do it and confirm.

Server logs

Netlify, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs. That is a normal part of running a website and is covered by Netlify’s own terms.
