02Situation
Where it started.
Used machines lived as photos in a Facebook album. Two salespeople covered four states, and the only way to send a buyer a machine was to text them a picture with no specifications attached.
What we made
- In-stock pages for every machine on the floor, each with a hold or ask form.
- A six-email nurture for shops that are six to twelve months out, which is most of them.
- A show follow-up one-pager the reps actually carry.
How AI was used
AI drafted the machine pages from spec sheets and the nurture emails from the objections the reps hear at shows. A person set the pricing language, checked the specifications, and signed off before anything published.
“The laser on the floor finally had a URL I could text.”
