02Situation
Where it started.
The job ads were a graveyard. Hiring managers called only when they were already desperate, which is the worst moment to sell a bench.
What we made
- Role landing pages for the positions that repeat, not a single careers page.
- A weekly note naming who can start Monday.
- A one-page plant-manager packet that answers the safety and turnover questions first.
How AI was used
AI produced the role pages and the weekly availability note from the placement records. A recruiter confirms availability before the note sends, because a wrong name costs more than the note is worth.
“They made us look like we have a bench, because we do.”
